Dutch with vegetables
This option is suitable both for a romantic dinner and for gatherings with friends, it will brighten up the rest with the family on a winter evening. You will need;
- Dutch cheese 450 gr;
- 250 ml of milk;
- half a large onion;
- cumin 5 gr;
- 15 grams of flour;
- 50 ml gin;
- a clove of garlic;
- bread, pepper, cabbage, mushrooms.
Rub the walls of the fondue dish with onions, pour in the milk and bring to a boil. Pour grated cheese into it, after melting – sprinkle with caraway seeds. Mix the gin with the flour and add to the mixture. Put on low heat until smooth. Grill vegetables. Serve separately from the sauce.
