This beautiful bruschetta with salmon, cheese and herbs takes no more than 15 minutes to cook. Combining these products will make you want to try again. The fish can be taken at your discretion.

Products you need:

  • any bread at your discretion;
  • salmon or slightly salted salmon;
  • greens, preferably arugula;
  • soft cheese;
  • any spices you like;
  • olive oil.

Pieces of bread in oil, roast in the oven. Spread with cheese and add finely chopped greens, top with salmon slices. For a richer taste, sprinkle with drops of lemon juice, spices to taste. Don’t forget to decorate the tops with rucola.
