This simple hot snack is perfect for a picnic and can also be a stand-alone meal served at dinner.
- two chicken fillets;
- 200 grams of bacon;
- a tablespoon of honey;
- 30 ml soy sauce
- half a lemon;
- salt and pepper to taste.
The marinade is pre-prepared: soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and pepper are combined in a deep bowl. Everything mixes well. For spicy lovers, squeezed garlic can be added to the marinade.
The chicken fillet is cut into portions. On average, about 7-8 pieces should be obtained from the specified amount. Next, they need to be placed in the marinade and left for about half an hour or an hour. While the fillet is marinating, the skewers should also be dipped in cold water and left for twenty minutes.
The pickled fillet is skewered and wrapped with bacon pieces.
In a baking dish or heat-resistant dishes lined with parchment, impromptu kebabs are placed and sent to bake for fifteen minutes in the oven, which should be preheated to two hundred degrees. After the specified time, turn them over to the other side and leave to bake for another ten minutes. The side dish can be completely different. Vegetables or baked asparagus are best.
