Cucumber with fish is a wonderful flavor combination. You can additionally prepare a sauce for the appetizer, or you can do without it. Thanks to the canned filling, the rolls will turn out to be no less juicy.
- a couple of cucumbers;
- 100 grams of canned tuna;
- 50 grams of curd cheese;
- ½ avocado;
- half lemon
- black pepper and salt to taste.
For the sauce:
- 50 ml sriracha sauce;
- a quarter tablespoon of mayonnaise;
- ½ lime.
The tuna must first be kneaded in a plate, then add curd cheese to it. Mix the mass, if desired, you can salt and pepper. Cut the cucumbers into slices and cut the avocado into thin strips. They must first be sprinkled with lemon juice so that they do not darken. Next, collect the roll: put the cheese and fish mass on the cucumbers, put the avocado on top and wrap it in a roll.
To make the sauce, mix sriracha and mayonnaise, drizzle lightly with lime juice. Serve separately in a gravy boat or place on a plate with rolls.
