  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • Dill
  • minced beef – 500 g
  • salt
  • 1 canned hot pepper
  • vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp in a frying pan. l. vegetable oil, put the minced meat. Cook, stirring and breaking the lumps, 6 minutes. Peel and mash the egg with a fork. Wash the dill, dry it and chop it. Finely chop the pepper. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with egg, pepper and dill. Salt to taste.
Step 2
Bake pancakes. Put in the center of each 2 tbsp. l. fillings. Roll up pancakes into envelopes.
Step 3
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan, fry the pancakes, 1 minute each. from each side.
