INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 100 g soft cottage cheese
- 1 small carrot
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato sauce
- salt
- slices of cheese
- olives
- olives
- Cherry tomatoes
- greens for decoration
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut out any figures with cookie cutters from bread: triangles, circles, flowers, bunnies.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a fine grater, chop the parsley and basil.
Step 3
Divide the cottage cheese into 2 parts, add tomato sauce and basil to one, carrots and parsley to the other, salt to taste.
Step 4
Spread the tomato filling on one slice of bread, place the second slice on top, spread the carrot filling on it. Decorate with cheese figurines (they can also be cut with molds), olives or olives ‘eyes’, cherry tomatoes ‘mouths’ and herbs.
