Ham rolls with curd cheese and herbs

These rolls are also easy to make and only budget items are required. The only thing you have to tinker with is tying them. But, perhaps, with a certain skill, this will not cause difficulties.

  • 150 grams of ham;
  • 150 grams of curd cheese;
  • half a cucumber;
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • green onions.

Chop the cucumber and green onions (to taste), and squeeze the garlic through a press. Mash the curd cheese in a plate and combine with the previously chopped ingredients. Put the cheese-cucumber mass on thinly sliced ham and roll into a roll. Tie each portion with a green onion stalk. If there are difficulties with tying, and they disintegrate, then you can stab them with skewers.
