If you are tired of the traditional omelet for breakfast, then you can make an alternative option by serving it to the table in the form of rolls. Of course, this will take a certain amount of time, but this dish can be prepared on a weekend, delighting your household.
Ingredients for the omelet:
- 2 pieces of eggs;
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch
- water and vegetable oil – 15 ml each;
- salt and pepper to taste.
- For the filling, take:
- 50 grams of semi-hard cheese;
- on a sprig of dill and parsley.
First you need to prepare the filling. To do this, grate the cheese and mix it with chopped herbs. Then start cooking the omelet.
Beat two eggs with a fork, and pour the starch previously diluted in water into the egg mass. Salt and pepper the mixture and pour it into a preheated frying pan. Fry the omelet over medium heat until it sets. As soon as it becomes easy to lag behind the pan, turn it over to the other side and continue to fry.
After a couple of minutes, put the filling on the omelet and roll up the roll. Reduce heat, and let the roll cook a little so that the cheese has time to melt. Transfer the roll to a plate and cut into portions. Serve garnished with parsley leaves.
