Oven baked tomato soup

Tomato Soup is a soup made with tomatoes. It can be served hot or cool. Delicious tomato soup cooked in pots and baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes one kg
  • broth eight hundred g
  • Parmesan cheese one hundred and fifty g.
  • onion three heads
  • ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • white bread
  • garlic
  • salt

Preparation:

Fry chopped onions and garlic, add pieces of tomatoes, stir fry for a few minutes, pour in broth, add a slice of bread (3 huge), cut into cubes and without crusts, salt and pepper the mass. Simmer over low heat, covered for about forty minutes.

Pour tomato soup into pots, put in any piece of bread, well grated with garlic, sprinkle with cheese shavings, sprinkle with butter, remove to bake in the oven.
