  • 0.3 tsp soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • vegetable oil for frying

For filling:

  • 300 g boiled beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tbsp. l. butter
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For pancakes, mix flour with baking soda, salt and sugar. Pour in 250 ml of warm water and milk, knead so that there are no lumps. Bring 300 ml of water to a boil and pour into the dough. Stir until smooth. Beat eggs with vegetable oil separately, pour into the dough and mix.
Step 2
Heat the skillet well, brush with oil and bake thin pancakes. Place the finished pancakes in a bowl under the lid.
Step 3
For the filling, peel the onion, chop quite finely. Sauté chopped onion in butter, 7 minutes. Rotate the cooked meat through a meat grinder. Combine meat and fried onions, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Fill the pancakes with meat, fold into “envelopes” and place in a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
