Red fish rolls with ricotta cheese

This recipe can be called – “if guests are on the doorstep.” For cooking, you need only 4 ingredients, which you may have in the refrigerator, and if not, you can find them in the nearest supermarket.

Would need:

  • 250 grams of lightly salted salmon (you can take any
    red fish);
  • 150 grams of ricotta cheese;
  • 4 lemon wedges;
  • 1/2 bunch of arugula.

The fish must be skinned, with tweezers or manually removed all bones and cut into thin slices. Put cheese on each portion of fish slices, place a sprig of arugula in the middle and gently roll into a roll. Place nicely on a plate, garnish with lemon wedges.
