INGREDIENTS
- 200 g strawberries
- 5 eggs
- 100 ml cream, 30% fat
- 3 tbsp. l. strawberry jam
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp. l. butter
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut 100 g strawberries into slices, cut another 100 g into small cubes.
Step 2
Beat 3 whole eggs, 2 yolks and 100 ml cream, add 3 tbsp. l. slightly warmed strawberry jam and 1 tsp. cornstarch, beat until smooth.
Step 3
Add strawberry cubes to the egg mass. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet (22-24 cm) (let it brown a little), add the eggs, cream and strawberries. Toast like a regular omelet. Serve with strawberry slices and biscuits.
