Three cheeses with champagne
The number of products is designed for 5 servings, if you need more, then add the right amount. To prepare it, you will need:

  • Gruyere cheese 200 grams, brie 80 gr, emmental 130 gr;
  • 300 milliliters of champagne;
  • 20 grams of corn or maize starch;
  • 15 ml lemon juice;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • black pepper and nutmeg 5 g each.

In a shallow bowl, stir together the lemon juice and the starch. In the absence of fondyushnitsa, any other thick-walled dishes will do, in it you need to combine onions with alcohol and heat a little, then add cheese, pour starch and juice into the resulting mixture, put on low heat, stirring until the cheese melts. When boiling, add nuts and pepper. To keep the dish warm, place a burner with a small fire under the fondue. The bread is cut into thin slices before serving.
