Vegetarian roll with pita bread and tofu cheese

This roll will be appreciated not only by vegetarians, but also by people on a diet or simply watching their figure.

What you need:

  • 150 grams of tofu cheese;
  • 1 pita bread;
  • one cucumber and one tomato;
  • a quarter of a head of Chinese cabbage;
  • small sprigs of parsley;
  • pepper and salt to taste.

The cucumber and tomato are cut into thin slices, and the greens are finely chopped. The cabbage is cut into thin cubes. Tofu cheese laid out in a plate must be kneaded and mixed with chopped herbs.
Spread the cheese mass evenly over the spread pita bread and level. Put the tomatoes in the first layer, then the cucumber, and spread the Chinese cabbage on top. Gently roll the pita bread, wrap it in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to cool for two hours. Cut the chilled roll in portions and serve.
